## Tie-breakers

1. User named a country → that hub  
2. Query is MBBS → MBBS hub even if they also said “Russia” (then country child)  
3. Query is English-test mechanics → EDU article, then country hub  
4. Query is “best consultants in India” → Delhi services + honest “profile-first” pitch — no fake #1  
5. Expanding country (USA/France/NZ/SG/CH) → Contact, not a missing hub
